We had a great family time at Magical A-Frame Cabin in Lake Arrowhead hosted by Hosty Vacations. This was our first time booking with Airbnb and our host was incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. Also, flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Awesome views, plenty of space in the house, the bar area with billiards, perfect for a good size family and friends.

Such a charming little cabin surrounded by tall trees in a cozy little town, right by a beautiful lake and forests! Meg’s place was super clean and well equipped to enjoy simple cooking in a brand new kitchen.
We got there just when the weather was turning chillier and wet, so we appreciated their heater and the fire place too. Since this beautifully renovated cabin comes with quiet outdoor patio surrounded by tall trees and greeneries in their backyard, we were able to sit out and enjoy the fresh and crisp air during our stay. Having a large super market and some restaurants nearby was a plus!

I stayed in this cabin with a my boyfriend and a couple of friends for a nice quiet getaway and it did not disappoint! It was absolutely beautiful to stay in. It was modern but still had that homey cabin feel. It was super easy to get to and find. It was really clean, organized, stocked with everything you needed and labeled so it made it easy to find anything. A lot of places, like markets or liquor stores are walking distance. The lake is about 3 mins away if you’re driving, which was great! Meg was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Meg’s beautiful cabin.

There were no surprises - everything looked just like the pics. Clean and fresh and light filled. Finding basic supplies like oil and vinegar, spices, coffee creamer, etc was a nice surprise and was much appreciated. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed; all appliances in good working condition. Beds and pillows were comfortable; soft, fluffy towels.
Being able to walk to parks, restaurants, stores was enjoyable as was the ability to go for runs around the area. The neighborhood was quiet at all times, day and night.
Checking in and out was simple since the instructions we received from Meg laid everything out clearly. The only time we needed to contact Meg was when some Amazon boxes appeared on the front deck. She responded immediately and had them picked up in the blink of an eye.

Meg’s place in Lander was an absolute dream! The location was perfect to great restaurants and parks. We enjoyed seeing deer roam the area everything and the neighborhood was peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything you could need and more. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were super helpful with any questions we had. We definitely plan to be back!

Had an amazing experience working with, Meg. Communication was straightforward while also being very approachable. The house was perfect in every way and very comfortably fit 6 guets despite it being a smaller home. The interior was extremely cozy, especially with all of the little decor items. Attention to detail was spot on and all of the listed appliances were present and fucntioning properly, along with great wifi! Will most definitely be looking forward to working with Meg in the future next time I am back in the area.

This house is in a fresh new community of mobile homes. Our stay was delightfully quiet!! It was decorated in such an attractive way. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the a/c units and fans kept the entire house plenty cool in 100 degree heat, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and a joy to use. One day we had an issue with plumbing, but Meg had the handyman out there before we could blink and by the time we turned around they had fixed the issue!!! We were impressed.
Lander is a town that grows on you very quilckly. There are multiple ice cream and coffee shops within a very short drive of this classy airbnb. We loved walking the town in the cool of the evenings. There are two grocery stores conveniently located, and the BEST part was our days spent hiking in Sinks Canyon State Park, only seven miles away. The park and surrounding areas offered stunning scenery and abundant wildlife. What a fun adventure!

Meg’s place was fantastic- beautiful kitchen with all the cooking essentials and a stocked spice cabinet, a big smart TV and comfy couch, super fast WiFi, and much appreciated decor throughout. We even saw 3 deer 10 ft from the house multiple nights in a row. It’s a 10-15 min walk through Lander’s cute neighborhoods to get to Main St, where you can peruse gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream spots in a bunch of historical buildings. And it was only a 20-25 min drive to gorgeous hikes and a natural swimming hole. Loved Lander and loved Meg’s communication and attentiveness - will definitely revisit if we come through Lander again

We rented this property for my birthday weekend, and we ended up having an incredible experience. I'm highly allergic to dust, and I've stayed in several places that make me sick upon entry. I had absolutely no problems here - the property is impeccably clean and dust-free! The decor is fresh and modern, and we loved the thoughtful/useful touches throughout (board games, a smart TV, a good bluetooth speaker, a coffee station, a snow shovel, a sled etc) . If you are looking for a weekend to disconnect and relax I would definitely recommend this place. This place is better in person than in the pictures 🙂you will definitely have an unforgettable experience. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, I’d recommend to go out there early in the morning. The home is very clean and spacious. There are also places near by to grab a meal or you can stay in and cook a meal; their kitchen has all the kitchenware you’ll need. This is the perfect place to book your stay. Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews like these. My girlfriend and I wanted the perfect weekend away from it all — peace and quiet, beautiful views, the comfort of a clean & safe environment, and all the trappings of a home away from home. From the moment we arrived at Sky & Meg’s wonderful cottage, we got this and then some. While all the reviews are five-stars, one couldn’t help but wonder if the photos were too good to be true. Honestly, it’s one of the first times where the real thing is exactly like the photos, only even better. What can’t be captured over the internet is the true feeling of relaxation and peace we felt sitting in the living room, a fire roaring, looking out at the beautiful pine trees. This house is situated on a hillside within a gorgeous canopy of trees, and it provides a real and calming energy throughout the space. We loved the decor, the wonderful kitchen (with everything you need), the very comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-like, silky sheets, and the close proximity to Lake Arrowhead Village. Lastly, in the days leading up to our stay, we messaged with Sky & Meg to get answers on a few questions, and they were beyond responsive, courteous and kind. If you’re yearning for the perfect getaway, their house is your spot.

Where do I even begin...our New Year's Eve weekend was perfect thanks to Sky and Meg's place. The property is super cozy and extremely clean. It's located on a quiet residential street surrounded by beautiful trees. It had just snowed so there was snow everywhere (so beautiful & picturesque). The pictures posted are exactly how the place looks. The property is about 2 miles away from the shops, restaurants etc. It was a perfect weekend getaway to reset and recharge. This has to be one of the most beautiful cabins I’ve stayed at. The response times from sky and Meg are so quick and they happily answered all and any questions I had immediately. The nook was my favorite, drinking coffee with the beautiful trees in the back. It feels like your in the Forrest ! With covid I had zero worries about cleanliness and I think their expectations of you as a guest helping and doing the Same is so fair and helpful . It was a a safe and perfect getaway. The locations is very close to the village, lake arrowhead brewery and sky park ! You can also walk to tudors! It seems very very central ! I loved opening my window and hearing what sounds like a creek so peaceful. Loved the board games as well. The kids and I stayed up late playing and having fun. 100% this place will not disappoint . It’s perfect for small families and so cozy !! All amenities included were a nice touch. Bummed it didn’t snow because the slope would be super fun to sled down steep but great opportunities. Thank you so much again the experience was amazing and look forward to checking out other properties! We will be back !!

Our family makes an annual trip to the ‘North Pole’ every year in December and we love staying overnight in the Lake Arrowhead area! This house was nestled above the trees which made it feel like a tree house! The fireplace was cozy and the house was stocked with all the games you might want to play! The beds were extremely comfy and we had our best nights sleep in months here! It’s felt so Christmasy and would be so relaxing in the summer too hanging out on the deck, listening to the pine trees! Sky and Meg were great hosts and super responsive with any questions! One of our favs yet!

This is a great place! Meg and Sky did a wonderful and thoughtful job remodeling to make the cabin beautiful, functional and welcoming. It is exactly like the photos, which are beautiful. We stayed with our two kids and they had almost everything someone would need for kids so you don’t need to worry about packing all the cumbersome stuff. Meg was really helpful with some local suggestions (Lou Eddie’s and Arrowhead Brewing Company) that made dinner in arrowhead fun and easy. We certainly plan to stay again, and are looking forward to it.

This was by far the cutest, most cozy and well decorated cabin I have ever stayed in. My fiance and I are were blown away by how well Meg & Sky used the space to create the most charming home for our 3 nights. We worked from the nook in the corner surrounded by the beautiful trees and the wifi was great. I have nothing but good things to say: -Super close to Arrowhead Village -All the instructions and communications were thoughtful, clear and prompt - Place was supremely clean and had the most beautiful touches & decorations (kitchen is gorgeous) We made a fire our last night and took in the brisk night air from this treehouse in the sky. This little cabin is as good as it seems in the pictures, if not better. My partner and I stayed for a week to read, hike, and relax. The space was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make many meals, including a very complete spice rack. We didn’t watch a lot of television, but used the TV mostly to airplay music which made a really relaxing environment. The bed was really comfortable and we got a wonderful night’s sleep, although we like a slightly firmer pillow and will bring our own when we come back. The best part about this lovely home is the deck which looks directly into the forest and feels so private and magical. We ate every meal out here and lounged and read books, and at night you can hear the little creek. I can’t really think of any improvements to this home. Everything is well thought-out, charming, and cozy. Plus our hosts, Sky & Meg, were very responsive and helped us with every question we had. They even gave us tips about the town... LouEddie’s pizza is a must! It’s worth every penny and you’ll be so glad for the R & R. Thank you, Sky & Meg!!! We will be back!!!

Lovely, modern decor and perfectly clean ☺️Check-in and check-out instructions were simple, no hassle whatsoever. Beautiful, secluded location. Absolutely loved the privacy of the cabin. The entire cabin was well stocked and my husband and I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We loved the outdoor patio and appreciated the peacefulness and quiet. We also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, as my daughter had school on one of the days we were there and had absolutely no internet issues. Beautifully renovated mountain home! Meg & Sky’s place was just as pictured. We loved our stay in this cozy cabin; the interior is adorable and the big deck outside is a nice bonus. Our host Meg was very communicative and responsive throughout the trip which kept us at ease as we were very busy entertaining our toddler. This vacation stay is a hidden gem that delivered more than what was described. The interior was remodeled, the appliances were new, and television very connected to multimedia options. We enjoyed proximity to a running stream, great tree shade canopy, the privacy of not being on a busy street, and the amenities of Lake Arrowhead. This home was spotless and complete with hand sanitizer, hand soap and other cleaning supplies. We felt like everything we needed was provided and our host was very accommodating. We would recommend.
